At The Good Pets Shop, we stand by the quality of our products and care deeply about you and your furry friends. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day hassle free refund and no returns necessary.
🐾 How It Works
You have 30 days after receiving your pet product to request a refund. Just email us at thegoodpetsshop@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong, there is no need to send the item back.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase (like your order confirmation or receipt).
Once approved, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method. And the best part? You can keep the item and no returns needed.
🐾 Damaged or Wrong Items?
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at thegoodpetsshop@gmail.com. We’ll make it right with a refund if needed and you still keep the item.
🚫 What Can’t Be Refunded
We can’t offer refunds on:

Perishable pet items (like treats or food)

Personalized or custom-made products (like engraved pet tags or custom beds)

Pet grooming or hygiene items (for safety reasons)

Gift cards

Sale items
If you're unsure whether your product qualifies, just reach out and we’re happy to help.
🐾 Exchanges
We don’t process direct exchanges. If you’d like something else, simply request a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
🇪🇺 European Union Customers
If your order is shipping to the EU, you're entitled to a 14-day cancellation/refund window, no reason required. Same deal: product must be unused, in original packaging, and no return necessary.
💳 When to Expect Your Refund
Once we approve your request, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company might take a bit longer to post the refund.
If it’s been over 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t seen it, contact us at thegoodpetsshop@gmail.com and we’ll look into it.
