From our paws to your door with care!

At The Good Pets Shop, getting your pet’s goodies to you quickly and safely is our top priority. We ship out hundreds of items every day to pet lovers around the world, but since many of our partner warehouses are international, shipping times can vary.

🐾 Order Processing Time

Once your payment is confirmed, we immediately begin processing your order. This includes verifying your order, tailoring (if applicable), quality checks and careful packaging. This step usually takes 1–4 business days.

🐾 Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to how long it takes for your package to travel from our warehouse to your doorstep. On average, shipping takes about 10–15 business days, but depending on your location and shipping service, it may vary.

We know your pets are excited and we are too! We appreciate your patience while their new favorite item makes its way to them.

🐾 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your order’s journey straight from our tracking page.

Please note that while most of our shipping partners offer tracking, it may not be available for all countries or delivery services.
